Our Guarantee
All of our stitching work is guaranteed for the life of the product, if the stitching should fail simply bring it in for a free repair. If shipping is required, it is the customers responsibility (but we will ship it back).
Shipping
Nearly all of our canvas gear is made to order. Most items take about 2-3 weeks to carefully hand-make, once an order is received (this can be longer during our busy seasons). We do keep a small selection of canvas luggage on hand that could be shipped out or picked up quickly. If you don’t live near the local Portland, Oregon market to pick up your purchase, then we are happy to estimate shipping for you. For smaller items, we will ship via USPS. For larger items we will use FedEx or UPS.
We do ship to Canada. But please note that you may incur pesky duties when items arrive to you.
Returns & Refund
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Most all orders are made to order, specifically for you. Tent orders and custom made items are loved by us, but unfortunately can't be returned or exchanged.
Unused luggage in NEW condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt (assuming no portion of the design was customized). Please communicate with us prior to sending or dropping off a return or exchange of luggage.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
