Whelen lean-to (Nylon)

This lean-to patterned after the Whelen lean-to of long ago, is as it was then an excellent shelter in the wilderness. The largest difference comes from modern materials and production methods, which allows us to make this tent at a total weight of 6 lbs. in nylon, in a 4"x12" package. Built to be supported by a line strung between two trees in front of a fire. The slanted walls reflect all the heat on the occupants making a crisp fall night a joy to be alive. Ample room for two people and their gear.
